About the Role
As Coordinator for the Dow Jones Energy team, you will support the leadership team with daily operations and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Build clear and visually engaging slide decks for internal team updates, high‑stakes presentations, and external partner meetings.
- Create and maintain an organized contact database to ensure leadership has seamless access to key stakeholders and business relationships.
- Assist in drafting briefing notes and preparation materials to keep leadership organized and ready for daily engagements.
- Help manage internal messaging and digital channels to keep the team connected and informed.
- Provide hands‑on support for special initiatives, tracking tasks and deadlines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
