ResponsibilitiesHandle daily administrative duties, documentation, filing, and data entry
Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Coordinate appointments, vehicle handovers, and workshop schedules
Assist supporting the sales team, and coordinating with finance departments.
Maintain proper records and ensure timely follow-up on payments
Support the operations and management team when required
RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of administrative experience (automotive industry is a bonus)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, organized, and strong attention to detail
Able to start immediately or short notice preferred
