Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR & Admin Assistant to support daily HR and office operations. This role provides essential assistance in recruitment, employee documentation, office coordination, and general administrative tasks. You will help ensure smooth internal processes while contributing to a positive and organized workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Prepare employment contracts, HR memos, and employee files
- Maintain and update employee records and attendance logs
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help organize company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities
- Manage office supplies, logistics, and general admin needs
