- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Post job ads, schedule interviews, and prepare applicant files.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports to management or external accounting team.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Maintain organized files and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and filing business permits, licenses, and certifications.
- Prepare and process purchase orders to suppliers.
- Record and monitor daily expenses.
- Perform other support tasks as may be assigned by Management.
