Position: Administrative Staff

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and office support tasks
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and record
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and schedules
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Support management and other departments as needed
  • Perform basic data entry and report preparation

Job Requirements

  • College level or graduate preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
