Opportunity Description

About the role
Provide administrative and operational support across the business, Ensure coordination between office, workshop, and site teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Document control and filing systems.
  • Project and tender administration.
  • Procurement support and supplier coordination.
  • Basic financial administration (quotes & invoices).
  • Team coordination and communication.
Training & Development
  • Month 1: Office systems and document control.
  • Month 2: Procurement and tender support.
  • Week 3 onwards: Pricing, quotes, invoicing exposure.
  • Months 36: Full admin responsibility and reporting.
Systems & Tools
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Shared drives / document systems.
  • Tender portals.
  • Basic accounting tools.
