Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and sales support.
- Support sales & operational activities including creating purchase order, delivery order, quotations and invoices.
- Assist in warranty claim.
- Check & verify expense claims from technicians.
- Maintain a proper documentation & filing system for recording and tracking of all documents.
- Other ad hoc duty as per required.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Available to start work immediately.
- GCE ‘A’ or ‘O’ levels qualification.
