Admissions Representative

The Admissions Representative helps ensure that comprehensive, quality patient care is delivered in a timely manner to all patients receiving treatment at the center. This individual is responsible for coordinating patient charts and the location of patients in the waiting room area along with Clinical Management and keeping family and caregivers informed. Directs all calls to the appropriate persons. Has the ability to function independently and to work cooperatively with other staff members. This individual maintains professional and effective working relationships with all members of the health care team. Employee maintains neatness and cleanliness of general work area and person.
