You will be the Electrical Missile Architect for the Air Dominance Strike Weapons (ADSW) team. Our team designs, develops, and fields next generation strike missiles, delivering affordable, producible solutions that meet exacting performance, integration and survivability requirements across the full mission envelope.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Electrical Missile Architect you will lead a multidisciplinary engineering group—including electrical, mechanical, structures, lethality, propulsion, thermal, materials, processes and environments—to define and validate the missile’s system level electrical architecture. You will provide day to day technical direction, coordinate subsystem integration, and partner with business development, program planning, verification and customer representatives to keep the program on schedule and on budget.
