An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our dedicated, dynamic, and friendly team at Marshalls Cross Medical Centre based within St Helens hospital. You may also work within the community including case managing and providing holistic medical care to patients within a busy care home.

You will be an integral part of Mersey & West Lancashire's clinical team supporting our GP surgery and care home residents.
