As an Advanced Nurse / Clinical Practitioner, you’ll be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team working within a telephone and digital triage environment. You’ll help ensure patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time, reducing unnecessary hospital visits and improving outcomes across the system. We can offer both Self‑Employed (LTD Company or Sole Trader) or Bank (PAYE) contracts for this role.
