Advanced CQV Thermal Validation Engineer

Amaris Consulting is hiring an experienced Thermal Validation & CQV Engineer to lead validation efforts in a GMP-regulated setting. Your role will ensure compliance throughout critical validation activities.
As a vital part of our team, you will manage the commissioning and validation of essential systems, focusing on thermal validation. Your expertise will contribute to the development of risk-based documentation and collaboration across multiple departments ensuring continuous improvement and mentorship of junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead validation efforts for sterilization systems and equipment
• Author validation documentation including thermal protocols
• Conduct thermal validations using Kaye AVS v1.4+
• Oversee routine validation programs and inspections
• Investigate and report on non-conformances with root cause analysis
