Advanced Manufacturing and Display Test Engineer

Responsibilities/Scope

In this role, you will apply your expertise and ownership through the NPI engineering and production phases to successfully ramp display modules, from upstream components to module assembly/integration and end-of-line test. You will define and own key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, process capability, cycle time and OEE, and will devise and lead improvement plans to meet these targets. You will work closely with external partners to proactively identify and resolve technical and operational risks, and drive containment, failure analysis and corrective actions for technical issues.

• Serve as the primary owner for display system test sustaining during volume manufacturing ramp, including node-to-node correlation, rapid issue resolution, and meeting UPH and OEE targets.
