We're now on the look out for two new colleagues to join our amazing #TeamBaxterView as Complex Care Practitioners on a permanenet basis between 16 and 39 hours per week. We have relief opportunities too, if you're looking for something a bit more flexible.

Our team and the individuals you'll support

You'll become part of a friendly, dedicated welcoming team who provide support to eight individuals who have varying.

In addition to working directly with individuals, you'll also work in partnership with a multi-disciplinary team and the individual's families and guardians to ensure each individual has a robust and outcome focused support plan.
