Role Overview

Reporting to the Superintendent, HR Planning & Talent Management, the Advisor, Human Resources plays a key role in supporting workforce planning, recruitment, talent development, and HR operations at Trail Operations. This role partners closely with leaders and employees to deliver practical HR solutions, ensure compliance with policies and collective agreements, and support a wide range of HR programs including succession planning, performance management, compensation, and HRIS processes.
