Providing clients with holistic financial plans that consider all aspects of their financial life including their short and long-term goals, tax, retirement, risk management and estate planning.Identifying opportunities to deepen and solidify the relationship with the client while ensuring regulatory guidelines are followedSupporting a positive client experience with an 85% focus on servicing existing clients according to the Corporate Channel service standard and 15% on growing the client base.Maximizing efficiency and enhancing service levels through the use of IGWM’s digital toolsManaging day-to-day priorities, servicing inbound/outbound client contacts, executing on proactive campaigns, and retention activities that are provided by our Marketing team.Using reporting, tools, and analysis to support the identification of future business opportunities.
