Aerial Permitting Specialist (Contract – Remote)

Overview
We are seeking experienced Aerial Permitting Specialists to support large-scale fiber network expansion projects. In this role, you will manage end-to-end aerial permitting activities, ensuring all submissions meet utility requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality expectations. This is a fully remote, contract opportunity supporting long-term infrastructure growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

+ Manage aerial joint-use permitting from application through approval

+ Coordinate make-ready engineering and work closely with pole owners and utilities

+ Prepare and submit accurate, high-quality permit packages with minimal rework

+ Ensure compliance with FCC regulations and NESC clearance requirements

+ Track and manage multiple permitting workflows to meet project timelines

+ Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, project management, and construction
