Opportunity Description
Affiliate Specialist will drives revenue growth through affiliate channels by managing end-to-end affiliate activities from strategy development to performance optimization and ensuring profitability.
It also involves close collaboration with internal teams and regular performance reporting with actionable insights.
Responsibilities Develop and execute affiliate strategies to drive revenue growth Identify and prioritize key affiliate segments (creators, communities, media partners, resellers) Manage end-to-end affiliate lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, activation, and optimization Monitor and analyze affiliate performance (GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, CAC) Optimize underperforming affiliates and scale high-performing ones Ensure affiliate activities remain profitable (positive contribution margin) Plan and execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs Collaborate with Content, Live Commerce, Brand, and Commercial teams Manage affiliate platfor...
