Manage Shopee’s affiliate partnerships, coordinate campaigns, optimize performance, and collaborate across teams to drive e-commerce growth.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage affiliates by building and maintaining strong relationships from onboarding to performance tracking and engagement.
- Coordinate campaigns by working with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute affiliate activities across platforms.
- Optimize campaign performance using data to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI over time.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on influencer content trends, new formats, and competitor activities to keep Shopee’s affiliate program innovative and effective.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Key Account Management, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Campaigns.
