Aftersales Data & Service Specialist

Mg Motor España is looking for an Aftersales Service Specialist based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid. The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, analyze data related to aftersales services, and collaborate with teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualified applicants should have an associate degree or higher, at least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, and strong data analysis skills. There will be a requirement for intensive travel as part of this role.
