Responsibilities

• Monitoring and Quality Control
  • Conduct detailed technical inspections of new vehicles from Omoda, Jaecoo, Lepas, and other Chery brands in Spain.
  • Identify, document, and communicate technical incidents related to new vehicles to supervisor and HQ.
  • Supervise and ensure completion of any technical updates.
• Technical Support
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical and quality issues on vehicles.
  • Provide online technical support to dealers and ports, ensuring timely response to service requirements.
  • Offer onsite technical support and develop technical visit reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with the HQ engineering departments to identify and implement solutions for technical problems.
  • Stay up to date on product training to deliver best-in-class technical support.
  • Check and translate technical manuals for dealers.
