John requires assistance with personal care, washing - hair, back or body, legs, feet. Drying his body with extra attention to drying his feet, dressing and lower limb assist with socks and shoes. Please assist with any domestic tasks that are in your scope or work including, hanging out /bringing in washing, ironing, and general household cleaning.
