 Intake Officer – Melbourne Metro

At the Healthscope Independence Services (HIS), We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Intake and Support Officer to connect participants, families, support workers, and management while supporting smooth and compliant onboarding across our services.

• Permanent, Part Time (4 days a week)

• Classification: Level 4 – (Pay point will be determined based on experience and qualifications). 

• Primary office location - Victorian Rehabilitation Centre, Glen Waverley
