Opportunity Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Coach for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.
This role is focused on serving the needs of one or more Scrum teams to drive performance and growth. The ideal candidate will optimize the flow of stories, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and coach teams on Agile principles within a Scaled Agile model to empower them to become self-managing and fulfill their cross-functional potential.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams
- Focus on serving the needs of the team to drive performance and growth
- Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage dependencies for the team, and provide visibility into team delivery plans and progress
- Enable continuous improvement within the team
