TheAgile Master (Entry) is responsible for guiding and enabling Agile teams todeliver high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively. The role focuses onservant leadership, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments,promoting collaboration, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and bestpractices.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Guide and coach team members on Agileprinciples and methodologies.
- Identify and remove impediments thatimpact team delivery.
- Foster collaboration within andacross teams.
- Act as liaison between stakeholdersand delivery teams.
- Drive structured planning,coordination, tracking, and reporting.
- Promote continuous improvement withinthe team.
- Monitor Agile metrics (e.g., burndowncharts) to track delivery performance.
- Support Product Owner/Initiative Leadwith backlog refinement and prioritisation.
