About Us

Willyama Grove is a farming business involved in the production, maintenance and management of agricultural crops. The business requires practical technical support across day-to-day farm operations, crop monitoring, soil and irrigation management, pest and disease control, harvesting, post-harvest handling and quality control.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agricultural Technician to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

About the Role

The Agricultural Technician will provide technical and practical support to assist with the efficient operation of the farm. The role will involve monitoring crop growth, assessing soil and plant health, assisting with irrigation and fertiliser programs, supporting pest and disease control, collecting farm data, and assisting with harvesting and post-harvest processes to maintain crop quality and productivity.
