AI Banking Process Transformation Consultant

Job Profile

We are looking for a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong end-to-end banking process expertise to support process review, optimization, and transformation initiatives across key finance and banking operations. This is not a pure Project Manager role — the ideal candidate should be a hands‑on domain expert who can assess current‑state processes, identify pain points, and advise on AI‑enabled optimization opportunities across workflows, controls, and customer/service journeys.

The SME may come from either of the below domains:

• Credit / Lending end‑to‑end process
• Wholesale Banking / Treasury Payments process

Exposure to asset digitization / tokenization will be an added advantage, especially where it intersects with credit, collateral, payments, treasury operations, or transaction workflows.
