AI & Data Technical Lead - Innovation Hub

We are seeking a Data & AI Lead for a small Innovation Hub to deliver proofs of concept (PoCs) and reusable assets, for various usecases withn Financial Services, with a focus on GRC domains (AML, Financial Crime, Risk & Compliance). Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & AI PoCs and innovation prototypes Build reusable technical assets, accelerators, and reference architectures Design governed semantic and logical data layers Implement data virtualization and federated data access patterns Apply DataOps and MLOps practices for repeatable PoC delivery Design cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP (based on client needs) Shape GenAI / LLM PoCs (RAG, knowledge retrieval, case summarization, data discovery) Develop domain-aligned data models for AML, Risk, and Compliance Work with businesses to identify high-impact use cases, Translate business problems into data-driven or AI solutions and run ideation workshops and innovation programs Mentor and lead a small e...
