Cross-Departmental Demand Discovery: Proactively engage with diverse business units (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Product) to conduct deep-dive interviews and workflow audits. Translate ambiguous business pain points into clearly defined AI application scenarios and technical requirements.AI Solution Design & Feasibility Analysis: Explore and architect AI-driven approaches based on a deep understanding of business logic. Lead the selection of technical paths, design implementation frameworks, and conduct ROI projections to validate the viability of proposed solutions.End-to-End PoC Management: Orchestrate the development and testing of AI pilot projects.
