- Business Process Analysis: Assess workflows, identify inefficiencies, automation opportunities, stakeholder engagement.
- AI & Digital Strategy: Define transformation roadmap, identify AI use cases, evaluate emerging technologies.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Design and deploy AI-driven solutions, work with engineering/data teams, end-to-end execution.
- AI Adoption & Integration: Integrate tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini; build prompt frameworks and automation workflows.
- Change Management: Drive adoption, train teams, promote innovation culture.
