About the role

The AI Enablement Partner is one of the most forward‑looking — and most novel — roles at Athennian. It isn't a traditional IT, operations or even People function. It sits at the intersection of all three.

Reporting to the Senior Director of People, this role exists to close the gap between human cognition and synthetic cognition — diagnosing where AI can take on cognitive load, building the agents and automations that make it happen, and coaching the people who use them.
