Opportunity Description
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in backend or service-based system development using Python and/or C#
- At least 1 year of hands–on experience working with AI/LLMs such as OpenAI or Claude
- Experience building AI‑powered workflows, automations, or agent‑based systems
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and backend architectures
- Experience with Azure cloud services and deployment pipelines
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool calling, and AI orchestration frameworks
- Knowledge of vector databases and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Docker, or AI security/governance is a plus
