Opportunity Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **AI Architect** to join our team full-time and 100% remote.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Lead a team of Developers and Data Engineers in building agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, or CrewAI) that uses iterative reasoning and planning
+ Lead the frontier of autonomous computing, moving beyond simple chatbots to build Agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex, multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention
+ Design the brains that interact with the real world through tools, APIs, and sophisticated feedback loops
+ Drive the architecture and delivery of Human-AI Teaming capabilities for the AFCEC Cost Estimation project
+ Replace manual, high-variability processes with predictive, agent-driven capabilities to reshape workflow efficiency
+ Architect and deploy secure, scalable AI solutions tailored for government and defense en...
