Responsibilities
- Embed with engineering teams to understand their workflows, identify where AI tooling aligned to standardised patterns and platforms add leverage, and guide them from initial setup to confident daily use.
- Design and deliver structured enablement projects — workshops, office hours, self-serve guides — tailored to different engineering personas (backend, frontend, platform, and testing).
- Drive adoption aligned to metrics, ensuring teams move from passive licence holders to active, high-value engineers delivering value back to the business.
- Write real code alongside customer teams to demonstrate AI-assisted development patterns in context — not just in demos.
- Diagnose and resolve blockers to adoption — whether technical, cultural, or workflow-related.
