Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years managing large-scale, complex programs
• Proven experience delivering regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives
• Solid stakeholder management skills across business and technology
• Experience building and executing runbooks and implementation plans
• Hands‑on experience running scrums and working closely with delivery teams
• Solid background across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• JIRA experience
• Ability to translate between business objectives and technology execution
• Comfortable operating in senior leadership and Managing Director forums
• PMP certification
