Role Overview
The AI Specialist will lead initiatives to integrate AI tools into both internal agency operations and client‑facing marketing delivery. You will identify opportunities where AI can improve speed, consistency, and scalability, test tools, build workflows, and train team members on best practices. This is a hands‑on, strategic role that combines technical understanding, research, implementation, and cross‑functional collaboration. A working familiarity with code—particularly in the context of payment processing, Ruby on Rails, and React—is a meaningful advantage for this role.
