Opportunity Description
We’re hiring an AI Performance Creative Video Editor to build high-performing UGC-style ad creatives at scale. This is not a traditional editing role. We’re looking for someone who deeply understands performance creatives for Meta , knows what makes users stop scrolling, and can leverage AI-first video workflows to create, iterate, and optimize winning ad creatives faster. You’ll work closely with the Growth and creative team to produce UGC-style performance ads using AI tools , experiment with new creative formats, and help build scalable AI-led content systems. About the Role You will own end-to-end creative execution for performance ads - from interpreting briefs to generating, editing, iterating, and optimizing creatives using AI-native workflows. This role is ideal for someone who: Understands UGC ad psychology and conversion-focused storytelling. Has strong experience creating Meta-first performance creatives.
