Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Aircon Specialist responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and performance of all air conditioning and ventilation systems across the entire plant, including production areas, cold storage, offices, and support facilities.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with cold storage systems and temperature-controlled environments
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- TESDA certification in HVAC/R or related field is preferred
