BI Operations Specialist

We are looking for a remote, full-time BI Operations Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience to manage the daily health and evolution of the data visualization layer. In this role, the Lead Analytics Engineer will handle high-level architecture and new project intake, and you will be the primary point of contact for end-users. Your mission is to ensure that once a tool is launched, it remains accurate, useful, and high-performing. You will handle the last mile of data‑managing user feedback, making tactical adjustments to dashboards, and ensuring the business is getting maximum value from our existing tools. You will work directly under the Lead Analytics Engineer, and you will be the boots on the ground for the Domo environment.

Responsibilities

• User Success & Support: Act as the first point of contact for end‑user inquiries, troubleshooting visualization issues, and clarifying data definitions for the team.
