Opportunity Description
Role Summary We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and execution-focused HR Operations professional who will independently manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring strong ownership, accuracy, and process discipline in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Employee Lifecycle Management • Manage onboarding documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities • Ensure accurate HRMS data entry for new joiners • Track and manage probation confirmations • Execute role changes, salary revisions, transfers, and promotions in HR systems • Handle full and final settlement coordination and exit documentation 2. Payroll Coordination • Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs (new joiners, exits, LOP, reimbursements, bonuses, etc.) • Coordinate with Finance/payroll vendor for accurate salary processing • Validate payroll reports and resolve discrepancies • Address employee payroll-related q...
