**7 News** in the nation’s capital is looking for an energetic, versatile morning storyteller to help us build our growing AM audience across all platforms. This job involves multiple live shots from the field each morning as well as the ability to effectively craft and execute stories in the studio. A self-starter who loves to dig but can also quickly process and report the important facts in breaking news will be a great fit for this role.
**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:**
+ Knows how important the morning show is, loves the shift and the vibe.
+ Wants to work as part of a team, getting the DMV (District, Maryland and Virginia) prepared for the day.
+ Knows the news, can gather and deliver any kind of story in an impactful, engaging way on-air and on digital/social platforms.
