Job Description
- Make outbound calls to clients/debtors for amicable settlement
- Explain payment terms and negotiate repayment arrangements
- Update call logs and customer records accurately
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate; college level preferred
- With good verbal communication and listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
- Call center or collections experience is an advantage
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Work Location:
- Cebu (20 positions)
Salary Range: Negotiable / Based on experience
