AML Compliance Manager (Digital Assets / Crypto)

PayPal's AML Compliance function is seeking an experienced Second Line of Defense AML Compliance professional to support the overall AML program related to Digital Assets/ Crypto. This includes policy setting, advisory, licensing, senior management reporting, regulatory engagements, transaction monitoring, name screening rule setting, and more. The role will direct and steer AML policy and procedures in alignment with PayPal's Digital Assets strategy, providing exposure to multi‑jurisdictional licensing projects, direct engagement with regulators and external advisors, and hands‑on experience designing AML compliance frameworks for PayPal's digital asset business.
