JOB DESCRIPTION Strong experience supporting SAP AMS pre‑sales cycles, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development. Ability to design value-driven AMS delivery models aligned with client business objectives, including hybrid, offshore/onshore, and outcome-based models. Extensive experience presenting Service Delivery and AMS transformation roadmaps to C‑suite, program leaders, and procurement teams. Skilled in creating RFP/RFI responses, pricing models, resource pyramids, SLAs, and KPIs for AMS engagements. Expertise in conducting client workshops, fit–gap assessments, and service discovery sessions to identify AMS opportunities.
