Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Act as fiscal specialist in governance of master data for materials and services, ensuring proper tax classification, data integrity and compliance with applicable legislation.
- Validate and review fiscal attributes in the MDM system (e.g., NCM, CST, CFOP, CEST, origin, tax rates).
- Guarantee tax compliance in registrations under federal, state and municipal laws.
- Support procurement, accounting and legal departments with fiscal questions related to materials and services.
- Participate in defining and maintaining business rules for fiscal registration.
- Perform tax‑impact analysis on new registrations or material changes.
- Contribute to training and technical support for MDM users.
- Monitor legal updates and ensure master data aligns with changes in legislation.
