Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Staff Systems Business Analyst to play a critical role in shaping clarity early in the delivery lifecycle. This position operates at the intersection of business needs, system behavior, and delivery execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, structuring, validating, and governing requirements while ensuring alignment between stakeholders, delivery teams, and enterprise standards.

This role follows established Business Analyst practices within the Enterprise Business Analyst Community of Practice (EBACoP), ensuring consistency, traceability, and quality across all requirements and delivery artifacts.
