Role Overview
Business Title: Analyst - HR Information Management
Reporting to: Head-HR Information Management
Responsibilities
- HRIS Data Management and Transaction Execution
- Ensure data management completion and integrity within HR Information Systems.
- Execute Workday HCM transactions.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Generate HR reports, including manpower statistics, worker lists, ad hoc employee demographics, etc.
- Generate employee dashboards and analytics.
- System Initiatives and Projects
- Lead special projects and initiatives that improve completion of workers' profile in Workday.
- Lead the implementation of Workday functionalities for the PortCo (EDC).
- Acts as Workday Resource and the main point of contact of FPH/First Gen.
- Technical Support and Change Management
- Render technical Help Desk Support and assistance to internal use...
