Analyst

Primary duties include analyzing, researching, modeling, and evaluating digital infrastructure opportunities in the region.

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis/modeling, including discounted cash flows, asset valuations, and cost benefit calculations. This includes pro-forma creation within Excel, strategic scenario analysis.
• Conduct market and submarket analysis and reporting on competition demographics, supply and demand drivers.
• Assist in preparation of investor reporting, including quarterly updates and responding to specific investor requests.
• Participate on regular portfolio-related conference calls.
• Investment write up briefs.
• Performing market research.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, real estate or related.
