Responsibilities
- Supports the LATAM regional business planning process, ongoing planning activities and LATAM strategy execution.
- Collaborates with the leadership team to facilitate and support planning sessions and business strategy execution.
- Plans and develops long-term goals and short-term objectives.
- Supports execution of regional business plans, key initiatives, M&A and partnership processes.
- Tracks competition and identifies threats or opportunities.
- Reports progress and analyzes issues that affect productivity, profitability, and growth for the region.
