Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day hiring process, coordination, and engage candidates in the process tohelp tomeet hiring demands.Assisttomaintainand develop recruiting channels to ensure talent supply. Design relevant Job postings andparticipatein other recruitment projects/activities to promote RSP brand in the talent markets and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior-level roles
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
- Handle candidate follow-ups, negotiations (salary & notice period)
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, and social media
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
